On a base comprising a garage area, and above a shop and offices, stand three three-storey blocks, linked together by a square.

The ground floor of the building contains a large foodstore and several smaller offices. The below-ground floor comprises a large garage with 90 parking spaces set aside exclusively for residents. Three lifts and three stairwells lead to the flats from the garage.

In Ločna, between Koštialova ulica and Seidlova cesta, in the shelter of the Marof hill and the Town Fields

A few minutes’ walk from the primary school and grammar school, and close to the centre of Dolenjska’s main town of Novo mesto, a new residential and business building has been constructed.
