Four blocks in Trebnje

In 2007, in a sunny location in the Dolenjska town of Trebnje, we built four modern buildings containing 66 flats and four business premises.

The new neighbourhood alongside Glavarjeva ulica, close to the old people’s home, is a mere 500 metres from the town centre. The location is pleasantly quiet, is close to a nursery school, bank and shopping centres, and offers excellent transport links.

The Glavarjev Trg area is sited along the new road, with a pavement and cycle path, and two car parks for residents.

66 flats, underground garage, four business premises

A garage containing 90 parking spaces connects the four free-standing blocks below ground. Stairwells and four lifts lead from the garage to the flats.

At ground-floor level, the buildings are connected into a square by an area containing green beds and banks, benches and children’s play areas.

Studio, one-, two-, three- and four-roomed flats were handed over to their buyers on a ‘turn-key’ basis (i.e. construction and craft work was 100% complete). The offices will be completed in the extended 4th construction stage.

To increase the attractiveness of the three-roomed duplex flats, we added an additional bathroom measuring 3.7 m2 to the bathroom located in the gallery.
