The bauMax company has been present in Celje for a number of years. By signing a contract with REAL for the development of a new shopping centre in Celje, bauMax confirmed its decision to extend its services in Celje and to offer its customers there a better all-round shopping experience.

We provided full real-estate development services for this Vienna-based retailer and its shopping centre project in Celje.

The project to develop the bauMax shopping centre constitutes the start of cooperation between REAL and the bauMax chain. Following initial coordination of the urban-planning aspects and their modification in line with the client’s wishes, project development proceeded quickly and to a high level of quality.
