Mission

REAL d.o.o. Novo mesto aims, by taking into account the social and natural environments, and by being flexible in its business operations, to develop innovative and financially successful investment projects in the fields of real estate and municipal planning solutions. We help our partners and customers to realise their goals and plans, and to identify long-term development opportunities.

What we do

REAL invests in real estate projects for sale on the open market and for buyers who have contacted us with a view to cooperation. The added value we bring is the development of real estate projects, which means that we design, finance and coordinate every project, from the idea to the acquisition of the operating permit.

When developing projects, we cooperate regularly with a variety of architects’ offices, building contractors, geotechnical research contractors, supervising engineers and individual building sub-contractors. The criteria for selecting every project are price competitiveness and, of course, experience and the quality of past projects.

Real estate developers are coordinators of every phase of the development process by which plans become real estate reality. Of all the development process factors, we are distinctive in terms of the level of risk which we regularly take on in these processes.

The ability to take on risk and the ability to overcome it are characteristics which distinguish a successful real estate development company, giving it a priceless competitive advantage.
